Cinnamon Pull Apart Rolls

This is a great recipe for breakfast or brunch that can be made ahead of time, frozen even after they have been cooked and sure to please people of all ages!!

Cinnamon Pull Apart Rolls

1 1/2 cups sugar
4 heaping tablespoons cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/2-1 cup chopped pecans, optional
3 containers buttermilk biscuits
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Grease tube pan.  In a mixing bowl, melt butter. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon (and pecans, if you choose).
Dip each biscuit in the butter then the sugar mixture until all sides are covered then layer in the tube pan. Repeat until you have used all the biscuits.
Bake for one hour.  Let cool for 5 to 20 minutes.  Remove from pan by turning pan upside down on a platter.  Biscuits pull off easily so there is no need to slice.  If making ahead of time or freezing, wrap in foil so it can be reheated.   Best served hot.
