Mexican Layered Dip

This is my all time favorite Mexican layered dip recipe!! My aunt, Marguerite, gave me this recipe years ago and I have been making it for parties and family gatherings ever since.  A few simple steps and you have a dip that people will rave over!  I recently made this for a graduation party for my cousin, Walker.  When Marguerite decided that she was going to do a Mexican themed party we both agreed that someone needed to make this dip, so I volunteered.  The party was a blast and I wish I could say that the dip was the hit of the party, but how can that possibly be when the surprise of the evening was three miniature donkeys being delivered as the party's entertainment!?!?

Mexican Layered Dip

2 cans Frito Bean Dip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning
2 avocados
1/3 cup salsa
Tabasco, to taste
Mexican cheese
Fresh diced tomatoes

Spread the bean dip on the bottom of a casserole dish.  Combine avocados, salsa and Tabasco in a bowl, mix well.  Spread guacamole on top of the bean dip.  Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning in a bowl.  Spread the sour cream mixture over the guacamole.  Top with Mexican cheese and diced tomatoes.
