Egg in a hole

One thing I have learned is that some things are best left simple. That is excactly how I feel when it come to this most basic, most delicious breakfast. My friend, Mackenzie, introduce me to the egg-in-the-hole when I went to Atlanta to visit one weekend.  I couldn't believe I had never had it easy, so incredible, so right up my alley!  Here is what you do...

Gather your ingredients...
White bread
Kitchen utensils like this one is what I love most about "hand-me-downs""...My grandmother and I used this cookie cutter for a million different is one of my favorites!
Melt some butter in a non-stick skillet...
Swirl it around to cover the whole pan
Cut a hole in the middle of a piece of white bread
Place the bread in the pan
Don't forget to add the's kind of the best part!
Just trust me on this one!
Crack an egg into the hole
Let cook for about a minute and then flip
Oh, and don't forget to add a little more butter!
I am telling you, this is a little bit of heaven in the morning!
